Park Corner South is located at the northern entrance of Troy Towne Park - the intersection of Experiment Farm Rd and Troy Towne Drive.

The 10,500 square foot Park Corner South building is now 100% occupied. We are proud to showcase the 9,000 square foot Fricker's (the largest in the multi-state chain) and Cold Stone Creamery as tenants in the building.
