A Bit About Our Community

Singing Ridge is a deed-restricted community that includes classical lighting and mailboxes, heavy landscape, masonry elevations and several other features to enhance home values.

The Community Association at Singing Ridge will be responsible for all common area landscaping plus the lawn maintenance for all residential units. Single-family homes and town homes available this summer.

​

​Singing Ridge is a 75-acre master-planned community located at the southwest quadrant of I-75 and I-70 within minutes of Miller Lane restaurants & shopping and 6 miles from downtown. Singing Ridge commenced construction at the beginning of April 2003. Singing Ridge is approved for mixture of housing and business uses and will include over 300 homes and town homes. The first phase of construction will include approximately 100 residences.

SINGERProperties has all 75+ acres rezoned to a mixed-use Planned Unit Development.

Ryan Homes builds both detached single-family residences, along with duplex, triplex and quadplex fee-simple, zero lot line homes.

​

Carespring purchases 22 acres and builds the Stonespring skilled care nursing facility in Phase I of its assisted living development project. Future phases plan to add various levels of independent living, from duplexes to a full facility. 

SINGERProperties partners with Woodard Development to build out both 33 lots on Moss Glenn Court and PUD-3 land adjacent to the main detention basin.
