Singing Ridge is a 75-acre master-planned community located at the southwest quadrant of I-75 and I-70 within minutes of Miller Lane restaurants & shopping and 6 miles from downtown.  Singing Ridge is approved for mixture of housing and business uses and will include over 300 homes and town homes. The first phase of construction will include approximately 100 residences.
