Troy, Ohio


Troy Towne Park is a 65-acre mixed-use development with over ½ mile frontage on I-75, located on the northwest quadrant of I-75 and State Route 41. Traffic counts exceed 34,000 cars per day on State Route 41 and an additional 60,000+ cars per day on Interstate 75. The property is anchored by Wal-Mart Super Center, Kohl’s department store, Staples, and Sears Hardware. Meijer is immediately to the west along with a Lowe’s home improvement store, making this location the most intense regional retail hub along the I-75 corridor between Dayton and Toledo.

The property is connected by a loop road through the 360,000 square foot regional shopping center.  The entire parcel is zoned B-2 commercial, suitable for dense mixed-use development.

Troy Towne Park is currently under construction according to the site plan above. The first phase includes a 204-unit luxury apartment complex (Troy Towne Apartments), StoryPoint Retirement Community, a 10,000 sq. ft. retail and office center (Park Corner, North), a 15,000 sq. ft. day care facility (The Learning Center), 5600 sq. ft. MAK Dental building, Harbor Freight Tools. Outback Steakhouse, Home2Suites, Comfort Suites, and Texas Roadhouse. 


Ashley Furniture and Homewood Suites both recently purchased lots and will be joining the development in 2024.
