Troy Towne Park is a 65-acre mixed-use development with over ½ mile frontage on I-75, located on the northwest quadrant of I-75 and State Route 41. Traffic counts exceed 34,000 cars per day on State Route 41 and an additional 60,000+ cars per day on Interstate 75.
